Are you in favor of electing the Pelham planning board consisting of 7 members including one selectman as an ex officio member with the remaining board members to be filled at the next regular election?  Two members to be elected for a one year term, two members for a two year term, and two members for a three year term, there after the term of planning board members shall be for three years.(Submitted by Petition)
