Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:3-7, the Pelham Planning Board will hold a public hearing to discuss zoning amendments proposed for the 2001 Town Meeting. Adoption of Open Space Planned Development. This is the second public hearing on a new ordinance that will comprehensively modify the process of subdivision to preserve existing densities per parcel but provide for increased preservation of open space and natural resource protection. In exchange for flexible design provisions, applicants will be required to provide large contiguous parcels of open space where a subdivision is proposed. This amendment will potentially affect any subdivision which has not acquired vested rights or anyone who is proposing to subdivide their property.
