Case #2223 – MENDES, David/Thomas Avenue/ML 6-206 – Seeking a Variance  to Article III, Section 307-12 to permit a single family dwelling to be built with less than 200’ frontage on a town road (50’ row to Irene Drive).

 

Case #2224 – FRASCA, Edward & Susan/1 Misty Lane/ML 1-160-1 – Seeking a Variance to Article III, Section 307-12 to permit the construction of a 24’x24’ garage within the side setback (garage will be 10’ from property line).
