Board didn&#8217;t want long straight roads, therefore sight distance easem=
ents
have been placed on the lots because the road curves.<span

uld

</span>There would be a note on the plan that stated that the Town could

a precedent; Mr. Culbert was concerned with snow removal (placing plowed sn=

deemed necessary to fix anything (for safety) there would be means to do

facing the circle and if it was changed it would change the character of the

he
slope was not calculated as part of the lot sizing; he said the only thing =
that
the lot didn&#8217;t comply with was the 100ft. x 150ft. area.<span

et
that removed material and created a building lot; his clients were trying to

couldn&#8217;t happen; it was a poorly designed lot.<span
