case of house stacking.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>He was
concerned with the size of the home and existing proposal.<span

was
already subject to variances: 1) variance granted for a portion of the exis=
ting
home is in the WCD; 2) variance granted for street frontage; 3) variance
granted for the <span style=3D'display:none;mso-hide:all'>He w<o:p></o:p></=

<p class=3DMsoNormal style=3D'text-align:justify'>front porch; and 4) denied
variance regarding a building permit to add a guest room above a detached
garage.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>He asked the Board to
protect him and deny the variance.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; <=

Special Exception must be granted as long as the applicant met the

quette
if it would be more harmful to him if the Board approved the Special Except=
ion
without granting the variance thereby forcing the entrance to be around the

Choquette preferred that the apartment not be built.<span

property line infringed any more than it already had been.<span

and porch would be needed, the same area (where the entry was proposed) wou=

asked what the distance in feet was to move the proposed entrance.<span

would be more people traffic if the entrance was moved because they would w=

to meet their perception while meeting the regulations would be his

the proposal would create two non-conforming lots.<span
