Chairman Paul Gagnon brought the meeting to order at <= st1:time Minute=3D"30" Hour=3D"19" w:st=3D"on">7:30 p.m.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Between Map 1= 0, Lot 13-163 & 13-164 – Town of Pelham, Pelham Road - Roadway reconstruction including the replacement of an existing 12” RCP culve= rt with a 12” HDPE culvert at station 18+90.  Wetland impact area is 65 square f= eet.

 

This is a necessary replacement of an existing culvert= .  The ‘minor impact’ dre= dge and fill application was signed.  Glennie will deliver it to the planning office in the morning.

 

MOTION:  = 4-0 to approve replacement of an existing culvert with a 65 sq.ft. impact to the wetlands. 

 

ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

 

MOTION:  = (MacKay/Gagnon) to elect Glennie Edwards as secretary

VOTE: approved 4-0.&n= bsp; MOTION: (Edwards/Dadak) to elect Paul Gagnon as chairman;

MOTION:  = (Gagnon/Dadak) to elect Jay Stearns as vice chairman. Vote: approved 4-0.

 

Minutes of 3/14/07 approved.

 

REQUEST FOR NON-PUBLIC SESSION – Request for non-public session to discuss proposed purchase in accordance with RSA 91-A-A:3.  MOTION:  () To go into non-public session to review possibility of acquiring a parcel of land per RSA 91-A-A:3.

VOTE:  3-= 0 in favor.

 

MOTION:  = To seal minutes of public session. VOTE:  3-0 in favor.
