Case #2380 –Tee Pee Realty Trust,
The site walk commenced at 7:30 AM. = Mr. Zohdi described the area of the proposed house and its immediate surroundin= gs. The house location was staked, the proposed driveway location was pointed o= ut, and Mr. Zohdi stated that the house would be on a slab, at grade. There were several questions regarding drainage from the site and run-off from the roa= d, as well as the feasibility of a cross-culvert under the driveway or a slight swale to prevent surface water run-off from the road onto the property and = the proposed septic location. It was pointed out that although the pond is approximately five hundred feet from the building site, the land between the two points is wet. The abutters also expressed their concern regarding the effect of building on this site on their properties.
The group was informed that the case would = be heard at the September ZBA meeting.

Case #2382 –Loretta Woekel Revocable =
Trust
of 2002,
The site walk comm= enced at approximately 8:30AM. The Board walked the site. Mr. Campbell pointed out the approximate location of the proposed construction as well as the existi= ng trees and water pipe from the pond. Mr. Campbell informed the Board that his client was in the process of preparing revised plans in an effort to downsi= ze the proposed new home and lessen its impact on the area. It will be necessa= ry to remove a number of trees if the home is to be constructed, and there were questions and discussion regarding the impact and applicability of the Shoreland Protection Act regarding possible replacement of trees. The Board walked across the street to the front of Ms. Martin’s property and confirmed that her view of the pond will not be impended by the proposed structure. Ms. Casey stated her concern that the proposed structure will be= too large and inappropriate for its small lot. She felt the size of the structu= re should be commensurate with the lot size. Another abutter reiterated his su= pport for a Variance, feeling it would improve his and other neighbors property values. The group was informed that the case would be heard at the September meeting.
