ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

October 11, 2012

The Chairman David Hennessey called the meeting to order at approximately 7:00 pm.

The Secretary Robert Molloy called roll:

David Hennessey, Robert Molloy, Peter McNamara (via telephone), Planning Director/Zoning Administrator Jeff Gowan Svetlana Paliy, Kevin O’Sullivan, Alternate Chris LaFrance, Alternate Lance Ouellette

Mr. Hennessey apologized to the Town and the people who were present to have their case heard. The Board didn’t have a quorum and could not conduct their meeting.

The meeting was continued to October 15, 2012 at 7pm.

Mr. Hennessey urged residents to make an application to the Board of Adjustment if they had a desire to help the community and fellow citizens. He apologized again for the situation.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:05 pm.
